AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

We are EVsafe (“Company,” we,” “us,” our”).

We operate the website EVsafe.org (the “Site”), the mobile application EVsafe (the “App”), as well as all content that refer or link to these legal terms.

These legal terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and EVsafe, concerning your access to and use of the content. You agree that by accessing the Content, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE CONTENT AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

The content is intended for use by Emergency Services personnel for internal training purposes..

The content provided by EVsafe is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country. USE OF CONTENT

Our content is available to Emergency Services staff for a period of one calendar year, beginning August 2024.  Content shall be used to augment training material to enhance emergency services training for incidents involving EVs and related infrastructure.
