AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

We are EVsafe (“Company,” we,” “us,” our”).

We operate the website EVsafe.org (the “Site”), the mobile application EVsafe (the “App”), as well as all content that refer or link to these legal terms.

These legal terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and EVsafe, concerning your access to and use of the content. You agree that by accessing the Content, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE CONTENT AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

The content is intended for use by Washington County Emergency Services personnel for internal training purposes.

The content provided by EVsafe is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity outside of Washington County, WI in any jurisdiction or country. Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the content do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. In other words, EVsafe cannot be held liable for incorrect information.

USE OF CONTENT

Our content is available to Washington County Emergency Services department usage for a period of one calendar year, beginning March 2024.  Content shall be used to augment training material to enhance emergency services training for incidents involving EVs and related infrastructure.
